Purpose
The Site is operated by Tangible Inc. In this policy we explain how we handle your personal information. Terms used in our Terms of Use have the same meaning in this policy. This privacy policy and its interpretation and operation are governed by Canadian law.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotions, offers and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order. request support or a refund, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it.

The information we collect
When you register as a Customer, we’ll ask you for some identifying information, such as your name, address and email address. You may also provide us with personal information in the course of using our services. When you’re logged in, our systems will also generate information about your use of ours services.
When you browse our the Site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
If you purchase a service from us using a credit or debit card, you will be required to provide you credit or debit card details. We store some of these details (your address, partial card number, expiry date and name). And our credit card processor stores your full credit or debit card number. If you wish to subscribe to site or blog updates by email, you’ll need to provide your name and email address when subscribing.
Who holds the information
Other than credit card details, we and the third-party services we use to provide our products and services are the entities that will hold your personal information. We take good care of it and have systems and processes in place to protect it. Your personal information is also held by our web host, WP Engine and some of it is also held by our email provider, Drip. Under certain circumstances, your email may be provided to a partner or affiliate if you purchased a product using their affiliate link or as part of a promotion they were running.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. By signing up to our Terms of Use when registering to become a Customer, you consent to our sending such messages to you.
Our commercial messages to you will contain unsubscribe information so you can opt out of further receipt.

We collect statistical information about visits to our Services using Google Analytics and other services. We use cookies for this purpose.
